Cassie's vision

I started Medhance because I kept seeing a problem I just couldn't ignore.

I listened to so many newly trained injectors who left their foundation courses feeling completely stranded. They’d finish having only injected a quarter of a lip or a single point on a face, left with zero direction, no ongoing support, and no one to call for advice. I knew something had to change.

My goal for Medhance is straightforward: no nurse should ever finish their training feeling unsafe in their own hands. I want to be the mentor I wish I had when I first started out. Instead of just teaching you a technique and sending you on your way, I want to be there with you as you actually build your confidence, your skills, and your career.

We are changing the way aesthetic education works by pairing a rock-solid clinical foundation with the genuine mentorship that usually gets left out. This industry deserves better, and so do your future patients.

Cassie's Story

I'm Cassie Co-Founder of Medhance & Director of Lips & Drips Aesthetics Lounge

With over 10 years of nursing experience in Critical Care and the Emergency Department, I came into aesthetics the same way many of you did, with a deep clinical background, a passion for helping people, and a foundations course that left me with more questions than answers.

My journey into aesthetics was inspired by my mother, a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse in the USA, who instilled in me the belief that looking and feeling your best are deeply connected. But when I took that first step into the industry, I quickly discovered how much was missing. There was no roadmap, no mentor to call, and no community to lean on. What followed was a lot of trial, error, and self-directed learning.

That hard road led me somewhere good. I now run two successful aesthetics businesses and have personally trained the incredible staff who work alongside me. But I never forgot how it felt to start out, uncertain, underprepared, and alone.

That's exactly why I created Medhance. I want every nurse stepping into aesthetics to have the foundation, the guidance, and the support that I had to find the hard way.

You don't have to figure this out alone. We're here to help!

Danielle's Vision

My vision is to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and internal confidence. I believe that cosmetic injectables extend far beyond surface-level treatments; they are a powerful tool for empowering individuals to feel comfortable and assured in their own skin. By staying at the absolute forefront of industry advancements and sharing that evidence based knowledge, I am dedicated to cultivating the next generation of aesthetic professionals, ensuring our industry upholds the highest standards of safety, precision, and patient centered care.

Danielle's Story

Hi there, I’m Danielle, though most know me as Dani. I am the co-founder of Medhance .

Originally born in Australia, I relocated to the United States during high school where I later completed my university studies and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Las Vegas. After a rewarding period gaining vital clinical experience, I recently made the decision to return home to Adelaide. This move allows me to raise my daughter in a safe, thriving environment surrounded by family, while providing the perfect flexibility to balance motherhood with my career.

Transitioning into aesthetic nursing is the realisation of a long-held professional ambition. My passion for cosmetic injectables goes beyond the treatments themselves; it is rooted in the belief that while inner beauty is paramount, feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin profoundly impacts a person's quality of life. I am dedicated to helping our clients build that internal confidence and achieve the best version of themselves.

I am also incredibly fortunate to work alongside and be inspired by my sister and mentor, Cassie. In addition to treating clients, I channel my passion for this evolving industry into an educator role, sharing my clinical knowledge, staying at the forefront of advancements, and helping to train and inspire the next generation of aesthetic professionals.
